Healthy Asian Cabbage n Chicken

If you like a little bit of heat and a whole lot of healthy...this is the dish for you! It is a one pot meal that is easy and quick to fix. When I come home from working all day...this is the kind of meal I don't mind whipping up. Yum! I think I will make it again next week...and maybe even the week after that.
Ingredients:
Frozen Fajita Chicken (half the bag)
1/2 of large cabbage coarsely chopped (bigger pieces)
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 T Coconut oil
3 T sesame teriyaki sauce (comes in a jar)
onion (optional)
"Kickin Chicken" Seasoning (healthy shake)
Garlic powder (healthy shake)
salt and pepper to you taste
Directions:
Melt coconut oil over medium heat...add frozen chicken and stir around to cook. Add the Cabbage and vegetables...stir around with the chicken. When chicken gets tender...cut them in smaller pieces. Add your spices & teriyaki sauce and cook together until the veggies are tender. Dish up and serve.
